Where is busy bees nursery

Whether your child is a Discoverer, Explorer, Adventurer, Investigator, Collaborator or Researcher, our Educators listen to their voices to deliver child-led learning experiences based on their interests. At Busy Bees, we provide almost everything that your child may need throughout the day. Most of our Services provide meals and bedding, as well as a Busy Bees hat supplied upon enrolment.

Comfort items, such as a favourite toy or blanket, are also allowed and encouraged to help your child feel comfortable and settled during rest times. Please make sure that any items your child brings to care are clearly labelled with their name. Our experienced and nurturing Educators have a range of formal qualifications in early childhood education, including current First Aid and CPR training.

Depending on their role, our Educators and Service Managers may be diploma or degree qualified to deliver high quality early learning experiences based on the Early Years Learning Framework. Our Kindergarten and School Readiness Programs are delivered by qualified Early Childhood Teachers who develop an educational program that is challenging, insightful, consultative, giving them a head start as they prepare for school.

Our people do an amazing job, but we know that they never stop learning. We are committed to the ongoing growth and development of our Educators and people through ongoing professional development opportunities.

The health, safety and wellbeing of children and staff are our top priority. In line with advice from Chief Health Officers and individual State and Territory Governments, Busy Bees has implemented increased safety measures at our Services for the protection of children and staff.

On arrival, we ask that all staff members and visitors to the Service record their temperature using the provided contactless thermometers, and record your visit in the register provided.

Any child, staff member or visitor who records a temperature of 38 degrees or higher will not be permitted at the Service. We have a range of other measures in place, such as social distancing reminders and regular sanitation of high touch areas.

Enhanced measures will be enacted as required. Children who cannot be fully vaccinated due to a medical condition or who are on a recognised catch-up schedule will still be able to be enrolled upon presentation of the appropriate form signed by a medical practitioner. Our sessions are designed to offer greater flexibility and affordability for families. We offer sessions of 9, 10 or 12 hours, with no set session times. Speak to your Service Manager to determine the best sessional care options for your family.

If your child is absent, you will need to notify your Service Manager. If your child is unable to attend due to a contagious illness, then you must also let your Service Manager know and discuss when your child will be able to return to the Service. The KindyNow app is also available to provide families with an easy, stress-free way to notify your Service when your child is absent.

The app is a free and simple way to notify absences from the convenience of your smartphone, any time you need. We understand that at times, you may need an additional day or two of care. With KindyNow, you can easily book a casual day of care any time you need. The app will show vacancies at your Service, so you can secure a spot from the convenience of your mobile, whenever you need it.

We believe that every child deserves the best start in life. Whichever you choose, you'll find the rich learning opportunities and warm, nurturing environments that parents and children love. A child's early years are critical. Nobody knows that better than us, and nobody does more to make them count.

With our specially designed nurseries, child-centred approach, and tailored care, we give every single Busy Bees child the very best start in life.

It's not always easy to cover the costs of childcare, so we're really pleased to offer government funding options for children in England, Scotland and Wales - including 30 hours funded childcare. The team are brilliant.

They handle all situations professionally and with genuine care. I am absolutely delighted that my son has been there from almost day 1 and he really enjoys going. Every time you drop off your child at one of our nurseries, you trust us to take care of their safety, health, and happiness.

We take that really seriously, and always have. You'll spot Safety Buzz, our safety mascot, all around our nurseries, where he shows children how to look after themselves and others. We help children stay safe outside of nursery too; our unique Safety With Buzz programme is packed with activities and resources for parents and carers that teach children to understand risks and make safe decisions. He's so happy when he gets to nursery in the mornings and immediately wants a cuddle from his key person.

He's super happy when I pick him up and has obviously really enjoyed his day there. Has stopped me from worrying at all. I would love to show appreciation to the lovely staff from the tweenie room. They always have a kind word and lots of patience for a little boy who needs it! They brighton up both our nursery experiences. They both deserve a duvet day! Teachers are always happy to see the children when they arrive.

They always give a great handover about what they have been doing that day, food, sleep etc which I like and my children both seem happy here. Particularly the teachers in the tweeny room. My son loves being at Busy Bees. He attends nursery full time and has done since he was 10 months old.

We had a couple of settling in sessions and had a lot of confidence in the staff before he started full time. The staff work hard to promote his interests, encouraging his love of books and anything with wheels. The gardens and outside spaces are an excellent size and have lovely, high-quality toys and activities. The children spend lots of time outside in anything other than really wet weather.

My son often brings home pictures made with a variety of materials - frozen paint was a winner in the summer and we love the Halloween spider made with handprints! All the staff know him by name and always have lovely things to say about what he has been doing during the day. The staff always communicate well with us ensuring that we know what is going on during the day and we are told about any bump or nock.

We are extremely happy with Busy Bees and can't recommend it highly enough. We could not be happier with Busy Bees. Our daughter seems to be thriving there. She puts her arms out to the staff when we arrive in the morning and always comes home beaming. Highly recommend. The nursery and staff are very welcoming, my daughter's speech has come a long way since she has started.

She loves going and runs straight in as soon as she gets there. They are very informative and take their time every day to let you know what your child has been doing and what they have eaten etc. They are also very attentive which is great as I know she is in great hands while she's there. An excellent nursery. My daughter has now been going to this nursery for nearly one and a half years. The staff are superb and provide a caring, safe and secure environment for the children to develop and thrive.

Many of the staff have been with the nursery for a number of years. The array of nutritional and varied meals and snacks that are prepared by the onsite Chef is impressive.

The activities that the keyworkers undertake with the children are fun and endless! Information on this page is displayed without responsibility for its accuracy on the part of daynurseries.
