I Skipped all of the fillers on Naruto, but then all the fillers where stacked together at the end so it was easy to skip. But in Naruto Shippuden is seams like the fillers are more evenly spread across the whole series and i've got an feeling that the fillers in Shippuden are a big part, and appeal of the series. So, should i watch them? Watch the fillers that revolve around Kakashi's mask which I believe are in the first Naruto anime , those are hilarious and you should be able to find them by searching for them.
Also, I recommend the stories of Kakashi's and Itachi's past. They're near the end of Shippuden, and episode titles will reveal which ones they are.
Another good one is the history behind Ninshu, starting at episode Those are about all the ones I recommend. I skipped most of them well, as they're simply really low quality.

I skip the entire fillers. It's pointless to me. I'm a completionist so I've watched all the episodes. I understand why people would skip them but I don't want to miss out on episodes just because they're "fillers" They're still episodes of the show despite not having any relation to the main story since most are just random missions Skip them if you only care about the main story.
I'd say it really depends on how much time you want to spend watching Naruto Shippuden, I would skip them just to get to the main plot of the show. Also I think someone has already edited Naruto to be filter free just look up Naruto Shippuden kai.
