They don't know what they are doing and pick their favorites to promote under them. It's an ugly trend that has production spiraling. BUT they do have great benefits with more paid days off than I've ever seen before. There insurance plan premiums are not the best anymore, but still average to better than average.

They offer bonuses and full benefits to new hires after covid, but do not offer benefits to existing employees.

Multi levels of mangement involved in the most minimal decisions- mostly resulting in nothing changing or improving in the manufacturing arena. All are able to "pass the buck" whether its necessary tool replacement or procedure concerns.
All areas are seemingly insulated with no accessibility for the actual people performing the tasks. They make gobs of money in spite of this so there is no reason to affect changes. Great work where I learnt loads from a desk job as well as working with operators on floor. Not fun nor productive. The job itself was pretty fun, but the other employees would rather tell on people or get people in trouble instead of actually doing their job.
The management was super hypocritical and it irked me.
